  • Individual read (5 min) Principal-Coach Partnership Agreements (pages 4-5 of __this document__). 5min discuss with table and fill out Google Doc with 3 best coach or principal questions and 3 Table would like to ask/have asked. 5min whole group discussion of which questions are most pertinent to creating a positive principal-coach relationship
  • __Coach-Principal Relationship__ - Each table gets a “Lesson” (1-4, 6, 7). 10min read. 10min discussion at table. 5-10min reflection/summary of lesson and how it can improve admin-coach relationship.
